Q. How do I use the Primecard Card?


Q. How do I use the Primecard Card?

A. Use the Primecard Card the same as you would any other bank or charge card.
    When paying your restaurant bill or making a purchase, simply present your
    Primecard Charge Card for payment. You will receive a copy of the charge
    slip for reference. At the end of each month, you will receive a monthly
    statement from Primecard listing all of your charges.

Q. When do I receive my savings?

A.
You will receive your savings of up to 50% from Primecard at the time of the
    Primecard billing so long as your charges are paid by the payment due date
    listed on your monthly statement. The Primecard Merchant does not give the     savings. Your Primecard monthly statement will list the purchase amounts and
    the savings amounts, as well as all taxes and gratuities (which will be billed
    at 100%). Additionally, the statement will indicate both your monthly savings
    and your savings for the last 12 months.

Q. Why is it so important that my Primecard payment be made by the
         Payment Due Date?


A.
Primecard guarantees that you will receive the appropriate savings on all
    purchases reflected on each monthly statement so long as you pay Primecard
    before the Payment Due Date on the statement.
All charges must be paid in full
    each month.
If your payment is made after the Payment Due Date, your next
    statement will reflect a reversal of savings.

Q. Where is the Primecard Card Honored?

A. The Primecard Charge Card is currently honored at more than 1,000
    restaurants, retail and service establishments in New York, New Jersey,
    Connecticut, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Washington D.C., Boston
    and more.

Q. Can I use my Primecard Card anytime?

A.
If there are no limitations on the time of day or day of the week noted in the
    directory, you may use your Primecard Card anytime.

Q. Is there a minimum dollar amount required to use my Primecard Card?

A.  No.

Q. Do I have a pre-established credit limit?

A. No. You credit limit is based on your past usage and payment history.


Q. Is there a maximum dollar amount I can charge on my Primecard Card
         per use?


A. At restaurants you may charge any amount so long as you do not exceed your
    credit limit. At retail locations you must get Primecard's pre-approval for
    purchases over $300. Call Customer Service at 800•444•8872 for approval.

Q. Does the up to 50% savings apply to cocktails and wine at restaurants?

Q. How do I pay the tax and tip?

A.
Tax and tip will be included in your restaurant charge which you will pay with
    your Primecard. They will appear on your Primecard monthly statement.

Q. Do I I need to advise the restaurant in advance that I'm going
    
to use Primecard to pay for my meal?


A.
No. you do not. Primecard is used just as any other credit or charge card
    to pay for your meal. No advance notice is needed.

Q. How many people may be in my party to use the Primecard?

A.
Primecard is valid for parties of six or less. Restaurants are not obligated
    to accept Primecard for parties of seven or more.

    To use Primecard for parties of seven or more, it is necessary to make
   
arrangements in advance (72 hours) by calling our Customer Service
   
Department. Reservations for parties of seven or more will be made and
   
confirmation numbers given to both the cardholder and the restaurant in
   
order to guarantee the acceptance of Primecard.

Q. What should I do if my Primecard is refused at an Primecard
         restaurant?


A.
Your restaurant savings is guaranteed. If your Primecard is refused by a
    restaurant on our current listing, obtain the name of the person who
    refused to honor the card. Fax or mail this information and a copy of
    your restaurant receipt to Primecard customer service within 14 days of
    the refusal. Primecard will credit your account with the appropriate savings
    to a maximum of 25%. Only one refusal per restaurant will be credited.

Q. What should I do if my Primecard is refused by an Primecard
         retail or service merchant?


A.
If your Primecard is refused at a non-restaurant location, ask that
    your merchandise be held and call Customer Service. A representative
    will attempt to resolve the issue with the merchant.
