Q: Where are we located?
A: The Sinatra Theatre is located within the BankAtlantic Center (formerly the Office Depot Center) in Sunrise, FL. The street address is:

Q: How do I get there?

Q: When did the Sinatra Theatre open?
A: The Sinatra Theatre opened its doors on October 8th, 2005. Liza Minnelli performed on opening night.

Q: How many seats are there?
A: The Sinatra Theatre consists of orchestra seating, lower mezzanine seating, mezzanine seating, and balcony seating.

Q: How do I order tickets? What are the prices?
A: Tickets can be purchased by calling Primecard Customer Service at 1-800-444-8872. Savings only valid by calling Primecard.

Q: Where do I find a seating chart?

Q: Can I purchase tickets at the arena?
A: Yes, the arena box office is open Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets can also be purchased prior to the show at the North box office. Savings only valid by calling Primecard.

Q: Is there orchestra (floor) seating available?
A: There are floor seats available that are generally only available on a seasonal subscription basis. For information on season packages, please call 1-800-444-8872. Savings only valid by calling Primecard.

Q: I’ve been to concerts at the arena, is it the same setup?
A: No, the arena is reconfigured for each Sinatra Theatre show, providing a much more intimate atmosphere and great acoustics. The Sinatra Theatre is set up on one end of the arena and decorated to look and feel just like a performing arts center.

Q: Are there group discounts available?
A: Yes. Groups of 10 or more receive great discounts and priority seat locations. Call 1-800-444-8872 for more information. 25% savings is only valid by calling Primecard.

Q: Do you have a brochure I can receive in the mail?
A: We have a Playbill-style brochure that you can request to receive by calling 1-800-444-8872.

Q: Are there seasonal/mini memberships available?
A: Yes, memberships are the best way to get our best seats to all of the shows. Savings only valid by calling Primecard.

Q: Is this the old Sunrise Musical Theatre?
A: No, the Sinatra Theatre has no affiliation to the Sunrise Musical Theatre and they are not at the same location.

Q: Is there a place to eat before a show?
A: The arena’s vendors are open for food and drink one hour before the show. There are concessions available on all of the seating levels.

Q: Is there a cost to park at the Sinatra Theatre?
A: Yes, there is a cost to park for each show, and the price may depend on the type of vehicle (limo, bus, i.e.)

Q: Is there valet parking available?
A: Valet parking is available for most of the shows.

Q: Is there handicapped-accessible seating?
A: Yes, there are disabled seating locations on the floor, lower level, and club level. The seats are subject to availability.

Q: I bought tickets to a show. Why does my credit card statement say “Florida Panthers?”
A: The Sinatra Theatre is located in the BankAtlantic Center, which is also the home of the NHL’s Florida Panthers. Both entities are operated by the parent company Sunrise Sports & Entertainment.

Q: I received Panthers vouchers with my Sinatra Theatre package. How do I use them?
A: Panthers vouchers can be exchanged for lower-level tickets to any Panthers regular season game at the arena box office during business hours. You may also contact Primecard Customer Service to make the exchange for you.

Q: I bought a ticket and cannot make the show. Are there refunds?
A: All sales are final. There are no refunds on tickets.

Q: What are the box office hours?
A: The box office window is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additional box office hours vary on the weekend depending on the event schedule. Savings only valid by calling Primecard.

Q: Where is the will-call window? What time does will call open before the show?
A: The will call window is at the North box office and is open 90 minutes prior to the show.

Q: Is there a dress code for the Theatre?
A: There is no specific dress code but semi-formal clothing is recommended.
